Our IV year B.Sc., (N) students have conducted a mass health education
programme on Tuberculosis at Serumavilangai, Karaikal on 16.04.2019. The
students have exhibited charts and models on causes, risk factors, signs and
symptoms, management and follow up care of tuberculosis patients. A role play
was conducted by the students to create awareness among people on tuberculosis.
Around 60 people residing in and around the village have actively participated in
the programme.
