Faculty Induction programme for new faculty of VMCON was conducted on 26.03.2021. Prof. Dr. K. Kamala, Principal oriented the faculty members with the institutional policies, rules and regulations and welfare facilities of our institution. She also explained the code of conduct for teachers and professional ethics to be followed by the faculty members. Totally 6 faculty members were benefited by the programme.
